Ginger Pineapple Julep

This week’s recipe comes courtesy of the folks over at Spiritless. They create zero-proof spirits that are distilled in small batches in the USA, and their Kentucky 74 non-alcoholic bourbon is fantastic! Without further ado, let’s dive into this week’s mocktail recipe. We’re making a Spiritless Ginger-Pineapple Julep.

Spiritless Ginger-Pineapple Julep

2 1/4 oz. Spiritless Kentucky 74
1/2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Spiritless Horse’s Kick Ginger Syrup
4 Mint springs
Fresh pineapple wedges.

Muddle mint sprigs with ginger syrup in a Julep cup or your favorite glass. Discard mint and keep the syrup. Add Spiritless Kentucky 74, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Lightly stir. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and pineapple wedge.

This fun twist on the traditional mint julep would be perfect for parties, family get togethers, baby showers and more. Give it a try and let me know what you think. See you next week with another fun recipe!

Big time cheers,
Deb
