It’s time for this week’s featured Mocktail Recipe! This week’s recipe comes from the ladies @sober.curious.dietitians and their MOCKTAIL PARTY book. If you’re a pineapple lover and crave something with some tropical flair…this is for you!
Created as an alternative take on the Painkiller cocktail, this fruity and refreshing alternative is a must-try. It’s great for parties, summer BBQ’s, or let’s face it…pretty much anytime you want to add some delicious alcohol-free fun to your day. Did I mention that it’s super simple to make as well?
Pain-Free Pineapple
1 1/3 c pineapple
2 c coconut water
1/2 c canned coconut milk
1/2 c oj
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
All in blender til frothy.
Top with dash of nutmeg.
