Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation unless items are "pre-order." During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the USA, but there is no international shipping.
4. Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once an order has shipped. Please allow up to 8 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession. 6. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Mocktail Mom is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees when resending the order.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is returned due to undeliverability, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties, we may issue a refund minus shipping fees or reship at the customer’s expense.
